The activities are smooth and feel good for people, leading to real progress. My study of tai chi and shiatsu helps tremendously to connect our breath and body. My experience in choreography helps a lot with making movement rhythmic and comfortable and building a path to progress. I lead it in a way that feels more like the person practising and less like a scary practice to master. The more I studied yoga and, eventually, the healing arts, the more I realized I could contribute and help make yoga more accessible. I didn't see this as a job but as something I wanted to help with. Yoga has so many secrets to living a good life I wanted to have this for my life and also share it with those close to me and anyone I could help. But then I wondered, why don't my friends and everyone do this?
